Checkout Postcards from Papa The postcards were written by Alfred Webb, Dave's grandfather who was a Canadian soldier serving in France during World War I, to his son (Dave's father) Benjamin. Some of Alfred's handwriting is diffuicult to read and the words that we're unsure of are underscored on the typed version.
